For each wrap:
1 large flour tortilla

2 T basil pesto
3 T cream cheese
3 slices tomato, thinly sliced
6 slices cucumber, thinly sliced
1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
2 T shredded cheddar cheese
2 T shredded carrots
4 slices deli turkey, optional

Warm tortilla in microwave for 20 seconds.  Spread pesto and cream cheese onto tortwith vegetables. Roll tightly secure with toothpicks.  Cut into slices and serve as appetizers or eat whole for a meal.
