ASIAN GREENS WITH PLUM SAUCE

One pound Chinese greens
2 T peanut oil
1-2 T plum sauce
Sesame seeds, optional

Wash and trim greens. Cut to smaller pieces, if desired. Spin dry.  Heat peanut oil in wok or large pot.  Add greens and stir until cooked but still somewhat crisp.  Add plum sauce, stir and serve immediately.  Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if you like.
