BABY BOK CHOY WITH GARLIC

2 T. butter
4 tsp minced garlic
2 heads baby bok choy
2 cups chicken stock or vegetable broth

Melt butter in large heavy skillet.  Add garlic and saute one minute.  Add boy choy and stock.  Simmer until boy choy is just tender, turning occasionally.  Do not overcook.  Season as desired.
