BEET GREENS WITH GARLIC

Beet greens
1-2 cloves garlic
Olive oil

Trim the greens and slice the garlic thinly, or use chopped garlic.  Place garlic and small amount of olive oil in cold skillet.  Bring up the heat slowly and slightly brown the garlic.  Remove the garlic and add the greens to the skillet.  Cover with a lid and cook until wilted.
