1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup rice vinegar
2 T. marigold petals
2 T. marigold leaves
1 tsp. sugar
salad greens
more marigold leaves and blossoms for garnish

In a lidded jar combine oil, vinegar, marigolds and sugar.  Cover and shake well.  Drizzle on salad greens and top with

additional leaves and blossoms for garnish.  Makes about 1 cup dressing.
