RADISH TEA SANDWICHES

1 cup minced radishes
1 tsp poppy seeds
1 cup cream cheese, sofetened
8 slices best-quality white bread
½ cup butter, room temperature
3/3 tsp salt
Arugula or spinach leaves

Combine minced radishes, poppy seed, salt and cream cheese.  Blend well.  Spread butter on one side of all 8 pieces of bread.  Then spread 4 slices with the cream cheese mixture.  Top with arugula or spinach leaves.  Cover with the other buttered slices of bread.  Carefully trim crusts away from the sandwiches and cut in half diagonally twice to get 4 small triangle sandwiches from each larger sandwich.
