2 medium butternut squash, cut in half length-wise and seeded
4 tsp. butter
4tsp. brown sugar
salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Place squash on a large baking sheet, flesh-side up.  Place 1 tsp butter in the middled of each.  Sprinkle with brown sugar.  Season with salt and pepper.  Roast for 25 minutes, until flesh is fork-tender.
