3/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1 T olive oil
2 T chives, finely snipped
1 garlic clove, smashed
2 T lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 chive blossoms, separated into florets
In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients except chive blossoms. Prepare salad of spring greens and pour desired amount of dressing over. Toss lightly with chive blossoms.
