Beet greens, chopped
3 T olive oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
½ tsp red pepper flakes
Salt to taste
2 tsp lemon juice
¼ cup onion, thinly sliced
Asiago cheese
1 baguette, sliced
Heat oil, add onions and cook until soft. Add garlic, pepper flakes and greens. Cook until greens are thoroughly wilted. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Place warm greens on top of baguette slices and top with asiago cheese.
