LAMBS QUARTER AND PASTA

3-4 cups loosely packed lambs quarter greens
4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled (or grated Parmesan)
½ cup olive oil
3 cloves minced garlic
Sea salt to taste

1 pound pasta

Blend lambs quarter, cheese, olive oil, garlic and salt in food processor until a paste is formed.

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Add lambs quarter mixture to pasta and toss to coat thoroughly.  Serve warm.
