NASTURTIUM-LEMON BUTTER

1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
2 tsp grated lemon peel
1 T lemon juice
3 T finely chopped nasturtium blossoms

Mix all together until smooth and blended.  Refrigerate until ready to serve.
