SPINACH SALAD WITH PECAN DRESSING

1/3 cup canola oil
3 T. honey
1 T. lemon juice
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp. dill
1/3 cup pecans
2 T. warm water
grated lemon peel
2 cloves garlic

Combine in blender until smooth.  Chill thoroughly.

For the salad:
Spinach leaves
Fresh strawberries, sliced
Fresh mushrooms, sliced
Slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

Arrange on plate and drizzle with dressing.
